We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any prediction. The Service should not be the sole basis for any betting or financial decision. You acknowledge that sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable and that all forms of betting carry risk of loss.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements and that all information provided is accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the displayed rate (currently ₦5,000 NGN) via Paystack. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are at our sole discretion and handled on a case-by-case basis. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VANTAGE GOLD AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) reliance on any prediction, analysis, or content; (c) any betting or financial losses; (d) unauthorized access to your account; (e) any third-party conduct on the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to Vantage Gold. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission. The AI-generated predictions and analysis are proprietary and may not be republished, resold, or redistributed commercially.

You are prohibited from: reselling or redistributing predictions commercially; using the Service to provide competing prediction services; creating multiple accounts to exploit free-tier limits; manipulating the leaderboard or trivia systems; submitting fabricated or fraudulent picks (our anti-fraud engine automatically detects and removes dishonest entries — repeated violations result in permanent suspension from the picks system); using the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation; sharing your account credentials with third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property provisions). You may delete your account at any time through Dashboard settings.
